Controller

Our partner is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting operations and financial reporting. As a key member of the leadership team, you will establish and enforce financial policies, internal controls, and procedures to drive profitability and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management
• Conduct audits, monitor financial controls, and mitigate risks
• Analyze financial data and metrics to identify opportunities and drive strategic decisions
• Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred
• 7-10 years of accounting experience in manufacturing environments
• 2 years of leadership experience managing accounting teams
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and internal controls
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ERP system experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
